2. Services and website use
The website provides information about AI-related training and may allow users to submit enquiries, request access, or purchase services where offered. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with security, copy restricted materials, submit false information, or misuse forms.
3. Contract process
If an online order or subscription is offered, the applicable offer, price in Swiss francs where consumer pricing is displayed, duration, and key steps of the order process will be shown before submission. Users must be able to review and correct input errors before placing an order. After submission, an electronic confirmation will be sent without undue delay. Availability of services is subject to confirmation where stated.
4. Payments and access
Fees, billing intervals, and included features will be described in the relevant offer. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due in advance. Access to training content may be limited to the named customer or authorised participants and may not be shared beyond the agreed scope.

We do not guarantee specific commercial, academic, employment, certification, productivity, or revenue outcomes. Any statements about benefits describe general potential use cases and must not be understood as guaranteed results.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, loss of profit, data loss, and consequences arising from third-party services or user misuse.
